Distant Worlds

Final Fantasy Distant World's
25th Anniversary concert in London Royal Albert Hall, Nov 2

I bought a VIP ticket to enjoy optimal experience and it was amazing!
Since the day I've been composing music, Nobuo Uematsu never cease to inspire me. And I got to meet him personally yesterday, it was very thrilling!
After the great concert me and three of my friends were chilling out at the VIP bar and waiting for the queue to meet Nobuo, Arnie and Masashi. We missed the merchandise stalls but it is alright because my main purpose to be there is to meet Nobuo Uematsu and Masashi Hamauzu.
There were a lot of questions that I was planning to ask, but I chose one that would let me relate to the composer in a more realistic way, scores. What I asked was if they will be publishing the conductor's score so that musicians like me who are eager to learn and analyse will be able to study it. They said it was a good idea. They are conscious that many people have been asking for it. I really hope that means we get to see some orchestra scores getting published in the near future. Fingers crossed.
Other than that, my friend Missy asked about what advice they could give to soundtrack composers like us, Arnie and Nobuo said, "Never give up!"
It is a very good one. Just keep trying. Just keep trying until you get heard.
It is a competitive world, but we have to persevere!
:) I'm still very happy even after the concert is over, it is just that magical.
